Fulbert est un est nom peu commun dans nos contrées, ce prénom d’origine germanique signifie “ce qui est à la fois brillant et abondant”. De fait, mieux vaut avoir les épaules adaptées pour prévaloir à cette appellation. De son côté, Timothée s’affirme comme un jeune homme dynamique et mobile, il a voyagé un peu partout et produit de la house sur les label Soul Notes et Local Talk et s’enquiert plutôt bien du port de son nom de scène. La rencontre avec Fulbert a d’abord a d’abord eu lieu sur internet, comme tout bon nerd qui se respecte, puis est venu le moment de la rencontre lors de notre soirée au Malibu en décembre dernier. Après quelques échanges au PFC, haut lieu de l’industrie du Poulet Frit à Paris, puis un diner avec tous les membres non expatriés de Phonographe dans un restaurant aux mets plus que douteux, force est de constater que le courant est bien passé avec Fulbert. Musicalement ce producteur est talentueux, en tant que dj ce digger raffiné n’attend qu’une chose : partager ses nombreux disques avec son public!
Fulbert is not a common name in our neighborhood; this name with a Germanic origin refers to something ” shining and abundant.” So when you are to be called Fulbert it may be better to be strong enough to carry on this name. Thus, Timothée is a dynamic and mobile young man, traveling all around the world and also producing house music on imprints such as Soul Notes and Local Talk, and since the beginning, he proved his talent. The first rendezvous with Fulbert was on internet, where all real nerds first meet each other, then came the time of the real meeting. It took place firstly in the PFC, a big place in the Parisian Fried Chicken Industry, and then we met him again for a diner with all the french Phonographe Crew in a weird restaurant. The feeling turned out to be good between us and Fulbert. Musically speaking, this producer is talented and as a dj he’s just looking forward to share his numerous records with his crowd!
